At Umoja Games, we bring communities, children, youth, and adults together from all over the world. In 2019, we had over 50 Masjids participate and over 3,000 in attendance – from all over the continent and beyond. Information you need to know about Umoja Games 2023
Umoja Games 2023 is open to entire Muslim community in the spirit of fostering Unity. Umoja Games is for all ages: boys, girls, women and men. All are welcome!
Umoja Games 2023 will be held at a one-of-a-kind facility, Grand Park Sports Campus in Westfield, IN. The Sportsplex boasts 10 astroturf fields – 7 nestled together outdoor and another 3 that are indoor. All fields have lights – allowing us to play into the night
Umoja Games 2023 will kick off in the evening of Thursday, July 6th with the Opening Reception. Games will commence in the morning on Friday, July 7th for all categories and conclude in the evening on Sunday, July 9th with the Awards Ceremony.
The men’s tournament categories will be based on an 9-aside format whereas the women’s/boy’s/girl’s will be a 7-aside format. Players are permitted to play in multiple categories, if eligible.
The tournament will offer 12 categories.
Eligibility will be based on your age on July 7, 2023.
- The registration period will close on June 30th, 2023 for all categories including free agents.
- Registration is available on the Umoja Website and Umoja App. Download the app here.
- Free agents can register on the NA All-Stars team in each division and Umoja Games will work on organizing them in a team.
